1. Should I register as a member first and log in before purchasing?
No need to register.

2. How should I place orders?
Simply drop the desired items into the shopping cart and get into the check-out process to fill in the receiver's information including name, contact number and address, and then select the preferred payment method. Once AMZ confirms the payment done, we will immediately pack your ordered items and ship out.

3. How can I pay?
AMZ offers multiple payment methods.

*Payment should be done within 3 days after the order submitted. Otherwise, AMZ keeps the right to cancel your order.

4. How much you charge for the shipping fee? Should be quite expensive that shipped directly from Taiwan...
AMZ currently offers free shipping applied on all items listed in AMZ. Don't be hesitate and grasp the chance to save you money and enjoy the best quality online shopping with AMZ.

5. How can I know the payment is confirmed or not?
Once AMZ confirms your payment, you will receive an SMS stating the payment is confirmed.

6. How many days can I receive the ordered products?
Currently all items listed on AMZ are directly shipped from Taiwan. Normally it takes 5 to 10 working days to reach you after the payment is confirmed.

7. How can I track my orders?
When the orders are ready for delivering from Taiwan, we will send you an SMS to notify.
AMZ endeavors to track every orders in our panel system. Should you have any query of your order shipping status, please directly contact AMZ customer service for the timely assistance.

8. Can I have the ordered items shipped to outside Malaysia?
Currently AMZ can not offer shipping outside Malaysia. We have sister websites operated in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand which serve the local consumers in the respective countries.

9. I received the products with damages. How can I return the products and get refund? Or can I exchange it?
We are sorry to offer you the dissatisfied items. Please refer to the return & refund policy.
