Return & Refund Policy

All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging, and all component pieces must be included. If the products has been used or damaged by the customer, the product cannot be returned. (Not include allergic reactions).
Besides, personal hygiene product cannot be returned once it is opened.
Please note that AMZ have the rights to cancel or reject the return requests.

If the customer returning product due to allergic reactions or any skin sensitivities, please mail the proof (etc. allergic picture) to our customer service first: Then, the customer service will assist you with your return request.

AMZ will inform the delivery status after sending out the parcel. But if the courier couldn't contact with the customer because of the wrong information or any situation, the parcel will send to our warehouse after invalid connection for several times. Please note that AMZ will deduct shipping fee from the refund.

AMZ suggest that you can consult a dermatologist before using any kind of skincare product if you are sensitive skin type. Besides, Test before use. If any uncomfortable situation occurs, please stop using and consult with a doctor immediately.
